Call Logs

Get detailed call records. By taking a careful look at the key data points in your call log, you can maximise efficiency and optimise your overall calling strategies.

Call Logs allow access to detailed call records by extension or account. You can run custom reports on call record activity by simply logging into your Admin Portal.

It’s easy to use a Call Log to create call records. Just set a start date and time and an end date and time for your report query, run the report and either print the results, save them as a PDF or export them as an Excel document.
